Max GawnPolled in 2 of 39 Games (5%) for 4 Votes

Max Gawn

Max Gawn is one of the true characters of the game, known for his long bushy beard. He is an exceptional footballer too, becoming an All-Australian ruckman this year in only his fourth season in the AFL.

If you have backed him to do well in the Brownlow Medal though, you better look away now. He has polled in just 2 of his 39 career games, for a total of 4 votes. That is certainly not good reading!

However, that could all change in 2016. He absolutely starred in some games and he plays the type of football that stands out. There are four matches where he could poll 3 votes and we have him finishing on 18 votes total. Definitely a player to keep an eye on, but he will not win the Brownlow Medal.
